Shipping your package
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receiving payment. They are usually shipped by TNT/Fedex/TNT with a tracking number and delivery with signature. Packages can also be shipped by DB Schenker or La Poste and delivered against signature also. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the choice of carrier and any customs fees outside the EU. Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group together two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Return of your package
We accept return for defective and non-defective products. You have 15 days to receive your product to return it to us at your expense
If the product is defective: upon receipt on our premises, we expert, if it is actually detected a defect of the product independent of the use of the customer, it will be refunded 100% or exchanged by the same product or equivalent.
If the product is not defective and it is a customer order error: upon receipt in our premises, if the product has not been used, it is taken back with a discount of 15% (it is therefore taken back at 85% of its value) unless the customer places a new product order.
