Terms of Use (TOU) – INALTIS

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter “TOU”) define the conditions for accessing and using the INALTIS website (hereinafter “the Site”). By accessing the Site, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these TOU.

2. Access to the Site

The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with an Internet connection. INALTIS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt access to the Site at any time, particularly for maintenance or updates.

3. Products and Services

The information, descriptions, and visuals of the products displayed on the Site are provided for informational purposes only. INALTIS strives to ensure the accuracy of the information but cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors or omissions.

Any order placed on the Site implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS), available separately. INALTIS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute or obvious irregularity.

Prices displayed on the Site are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery fees. INALTIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time while guaranteeing the application of the rate in effect at the time of the order.
